Atlantic Conference on Learning Disabilities
Bridgeway Academy would like to thank everyone for their support of the Atlantic Conference on Learning Disabilities, held May 12-13, 2011 at Mount Saint Vincent University.
We welcomed more than 300 delegates, presenters, exhibitors and volunteers to this two-day learning experience focused on supporting youth with learning disabilities.
A special thank you to our keynote speakers including actor and social activist Danny Glover, actor Felix Justice, author Sheree Fitch, Justice Merlin Nunn, and MSVU's incoming Gail and Stephen Jarislowsky Chair in Learning Disabilities, Dr. Jamie Metsala.

- New Research Chair in LD to speak at Conference
We're delighted to announce that Dr. Jamie Metsala, the new Gail and Stephen Jarislowsky Chair in Learning Disabilities at Mount Saint Vincent University, will be speaking at the Atlantic Conference on Learning Disabilities.
This endowed Chair is the first of its kind in Canada, and is a tremendous addition to the range of supports to students with learning disabilities in our region.
Dr. Metsala will be speaking on Thursday, May 12 at 2:30pm. You can read more about her appointment in MSVU's media release.
